Exchanges or returns
All products purchased at IO textil can be returned, as long as you communicate your intention to return the product within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the date of purchase, as established by law.
The amount of the purchase will not be refunded, otherwise the product will be exchanged for another of equal or lesser value, or a coupon will be created without expiration to be used in our store.
When will the exchange or return be free?
If the purchased product has manufacturing defects or if it does not correspond to the description of the product in our store, the return or exchange will be free of charge.
When will the exchange or return NOT be free?
If the purchased product does not have any manufacturing defects attributable to our workshop or online store, shipping costs will be borne by the customer.
How should I request an exchange or return?
You must contact the workshop from the contact form within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from the purchase and indicate the reasons for the return or exchange. You will receive an email with the instructions to follow depending on the case.
Products to be returned or exchanged must meet the following requirements:
- Returns will not be accepted for products that have been damaged by the customer’s handling.
- It must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging.
